Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-25. Player Dispatch is operated from Canada and follows PIPEDA and CASL.

What we collect

• Email address, when you choose to follow a game. We also record the time you gave consent and the IP address the request came from, as our record of consent.
• Which games you follow.
• Anonymous traffic statistics (page views, referrer, country) without cookies or personal identifiers.

What we use it for

Sending the alerts you asked for: release date changes and launch notices for games you follow. We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone. We do not send unrelated marketing.

Consent

Nothing is sent until you confirm your address by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes your address and all follows immediately.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Cloudflare and emails are delivered through Resend. Both may process data in the United States.

Your rights

You can delete everything we hold about you with the unsubscribe link in any email. To ask what we hold or to request deletion another way, email privacy@playerdispatch.com.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and in the next email you receive.
