Zarlor: Le Sanctuaire des Veilleurs is a single-player roguelite deckbuilder inspired by the wildlife and landscapes of Réunion Island. Players choose a pair of Wardens, prepare a compact deck and follow branching expeditions through four regions. In Sanctuary mode, card-based encounters focus on observing animals, building Understanding and managing Distance and Vigilance rather than lethal combat. Between expeditions, players develop a visible refuge and regional habitats, record wildlife observations and expand a persistent card collection. Animal companions and regional knowledge provide bonuses for later outings. A separate Legacy mode is included in the same game.
